The design, selection, and arrangement of the Application itself are the property of HDO BOX, its licensors, or other parties involved in the creation and maintenance of the Application.
The Application and its functionality, inclusive of all related intellectual property rights, are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This applies to the structure, organization, and underlying data, information, and software code of the Application, but does not extend to any third-party media content which remains the property of their respective owners.
Users of the Application must respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. The use of third-party content accessed through our Application is subject to the terms and conditions and intellectual property laws applicable to such content. HDO BOX disclaims any responsibility for the use or misuse of any third-party content accessed through the Application.
User-Generated Content
The Application may allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("User Content"). You are responsible for the User Content that you post on or through the Application, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
Content Review
HDO BOX has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit all User Content provided by users. In addition, we can remove any User Content at any time for any reason (including, but not limited to, upon receiving claims or allegations from third parties or authorities relating to such User Content).

In no event shall HDO BOX, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of your use or inability to use the Application, regardless of the cause of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if foreseeable.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HDO BOX and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Application.
